If you haven’t guessed by now, we’re spreadsheet geeks here at JamboJon. What you track grows. You can’t understand what works and what falls short if you don’t see the big picture. Our team tracks within Teamwork, Google Analytics, Semrush and Databox. Track however feels most comfortable, but don’t skip it – it’s the secret sauce for your business.

Every content creator knows that the first draft of an article isn’t your best work. That’s just how it goes. Why not assign that first draft to AI? We love ChatGPT for getting us started on the right track, whether it’s a first draft, or a way to “bounce ideas” around. With it, we never struggle with writer’s block. While we don’t use AI content for clients, it’s nice to have a virtual “extra team member” ready to brainstorm at a moment’s notice.

While we’re on the subject of AI, let’s talk about Fathom. In the early days of JamboJon, the managers running our Zoom meetings often had to pause to write down reminders or type notes during the call. Not anymore! We love that this program records, transcribes, highlights and summarizes your virtual meetings so you can focus on the conversation. Within seconds, your crew can have notes in hand and a list of assignments for follow up. Pretty slick, right?
