Pricing policy

At JamboJon, we are constantly striving to provide you with the highest quality service and support, ensuring that your website development needs are met with professionalism and care.
**If you would like an estimate in advance for time it will take to complete your task, please mark your inquiry as a "Question" and we will contact you to schedule a project meeting or let your support manager know and we would be happy to do an estimate for expenses.**
By submitting a service request, you are subject to billable time from JamboJon. We charge $150 per hour for all services.
1. We bill hourly, to the minute.
2. You will receive a detailed invoice of the tasks are completed, including your JamboJon developer's name and details about your project.
3. You will be able to pay via credit card, or bank transfer.
4. We send out invoices on the 1st and 3rd Mondays of each month, for any time accrued in that pay period. Invoices are due upon receipt.
Exceptions.
1. As noted in your agreement, if this is a request that will ensure a live website is within original project scope, JamboJon will provide the service at no additional fee, up to ten hours of labor post-launch.
2. If you are within 90 days of your website launch, and there is a problem with the original programming, we will provide the service for no additional fee, up to ten hours of labor post-launch.
