At JamboJon, we are constantly striving to provide you with the highest quality service and support, ensuring that your website development needs are met with professionalism and care. As we navigate through the evolving business landscape, it is essential for us to periodically review our pricing to reflect the current market conditions and the value we deliver.

After careful consideration, we have made the decision to adjust our hourly rate from $125 to $150, effective Sunday, March 31, 2024. This adjustment will be reflected starting with the second invoice you receive in April, for work rendered 4/1/24- 4/15/24.

As a reminder, we bill on the first and third Monday of each month for requests made by existing customers. For our retainer clients and those with new website projects, invoicing will continue to be issued at project benchmarks.

There are two ways you can save money on your JamboJon bill:

1. First, we are offering our clients a 5% discount on their billable rate when you choose to keep a credit card on file for accrued hours. This allows you to continue to keep your costs lower (Only $142.50 per hour), and simplifies your invoicing. If you would like us to keep a credit card on file, please email us to request an authorization form. We will create your invoice and charge your card on file on the 1st and 3rd Monday of each month. You can expect consistent communication with our team, including requests made, estimates for time required, and project status updates all along the way.

2. Second, pre-purchasing bulk hours also allows you to take advantage of our most deeply discounted rate. If you pre-purchase 10, 20, or 30+ billable hours, then you will receive a 10% discount, bringing your billable rate to $135 per hour.

As a thank you for your loyalty, these two offers are only available to current customers and on existing websites, not new website builds.

The adjustment in pricing is a response to several factors, including the increased costs of labor due to inflation, the enhancement of our customer service team to serve you better, and the need to align our rates more closely with standard industry practices. These changes are part of our ongoing commitment to maintaining the high standards of service and support you have come to expect from us.
