ScaffoldMED Website Case Study
ScaffoldMED Creates a Scalable Backbone for Medical Practices
Smoothing Out Operational Friction
Dr. Rush and his team understood firsthand how medical practices function behind the scenes. They grew Arthritis Knee Pain Centers (AKPC) into a national healthcare operation. However, across locations and teams, they saw the same obstacles surface repeatedly. Disconnected vendors, bloated back-office systems, and operational complexity slowed clinicians down. Each solution seemed to fix one problem while creating another. Out of necessity, AKPC’s real-world experience forced them to solve their routine breakdowns.
They created a new, proprietary platform designed to unify operations, technology, and strategy, and called this product ScaffoldMED. They knew other practices could benefit from what they offered. To clearly introduce it to the market, they needed to define their new B2B brand with language that matched a more professional audience. It had to differentiate itself from its B2C roots at AKPC. This digital foundation had to grow alongside the platform itself.
From Vision to Market
JamboJon partnered with ScaffoldMED to translate their operational back-office framework into a market-ready brand experience. We worked closely with their technical and leadership teams to uncover the true benefits behind each service and articulate them clearly. Rather than starting from scratch, we kept the ScaffoldMED brand in the same visual family as AKPC, leveraging existing assets where it made sense, while distinctly shifting the voice to a more experienced, credible, authoritative voice that appealed to medical professionals. The website now portrays ScaffoldMED as the unifying backbone for medical practices.
