A Nostalgic Oasis in the Middle of Adulthood

A Website that Mirrors the In-Person Dining Experience

When you think about your childhood, do you whistle along to a nostalgic panorama of a much simpler life? Do you gravitate towards the sights and smells that remind you of home? You find yourself embracing the values you saw on the streets of your hometown every day. You miss your uncle's jokes and how your grandma taught you to play cards. Even the tastes and textures of home-cooked comfort food remind you of the simple act of being together. You decide to create a haven, your own nostalgic oasis in the middle of your adulthood.

When Paul Willey took over as the new owner of Mr. Charlie's Chicken Fingers,  he knew he needed to stay true to its origin story. He wanted to maintain a convenient escape for families in a familiar setting. Whether a family dines together at a table or takes it to warm the sidelines of a soccer game, the taste and textures of Southern comfort food enhance each present moment. Paul knew the quality of his food; he also knew he needed to upgrade his dated website to mirror the in-person experience. He reached out to JamboJon for help.

Moochies Meatballs Owners

"They are amazing! I had three different websites worked on at the same time with varying degrees of upgrades. The work was fast and efficient and they communicated with me every step of the way to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. Highly recommend!"

Amplifying the Message

Paul Willey inherited a website for Mr. Charlie's with minimal content and images. It had plenty of potential! Building on the existing site design and color schemes, we amplified the marketing messages to accurately portray how much locals love the Southern comfort food. With enticing content and bright images of fresh, juicy chicken fingers, we created an online open invitation to come and see what they have to offer. We simplified the ordering process and highlighted the astounding recognition the restaurant has received in its short time in Utah.

  • Minimalism is not always the best marketing tactic. With incredible content placed strategically around mouth-watering images, the message is much more clear.
  • We kept a simplified approach, focusing on streamlining the ordering process.
  • We filled in the gaps and improved functionality.

Key Features:

We streamlined the online ordering process, weaving the beautiful images of Mr. Charlie's mind-blowing sauces and fresh ingredients. Customers can now savor their favorite Southern food when it is most convenient for them.

A Seamless Experience

We wanted to create a seamless experience between the in-person dining experience and the online restaurant interaction. We didn't want to minimize what made Mr. Charlie's special in the first place.

True Story

Mr. Charlie's began when two different worlds combined; a nostalgia for the deep South and the excitement of a new mountain adventure. We highlighted its unique story and why it appeals to families.
