Imagine going on an outdoor excursion, and having an adventuring partner there to enjoy it with you. You share the load, both physically and mentally. Your partner brings different skills and perspectives to the experience. If something goes south, your two minds can work together to find a solution. Recently, Dr. Wade Thompson, a chiropractor, partnered with Dr. John Whitehead, a physical therapist, to create South Valley Physical Therapy. This new partnership streamlines the healing process for auto-accident victims by helping patients navigate therapeutic treatments and manage the legal cases for their patients and their attorneys.
South Valley Physical Therapy (SVPT) needed a website that appealed to injured patients while providing information for attorneys working to secure settlements. Striking this balance was tricky. Initially, the messaging leaned too heavily towards the legal side. Messaging needed more focus on supporting patients and acknowledging their needs, first and foremost.
Another hurdle was the logo. After creating what seemed like the perfect symbol for their brand, we realized it was almost identical to their competitor’s, which prompted us to redesign a new logo from scratch. Time was tight, but we were committed to getting both the messaging and the branding just right.
A Partner Makes All the Difference
A partner can be the difference between overcoming obstacles with confidence or facing challenging situations alone. Our team partnered with South Valley Physical Therapy to help them truly understand their services and the value they bring to accident victims. We reworked the messaging to center on the patients, positioning attorney information as important, but secondary. This shift made the website a place where auto-accident victims could immediately see the support South Valley Physical Therapy offers them.
As for the logo, we went back to the drawing board, determined to design something completely unique and fresh. The final product? A breathtaking image that embodies the partnership behind South Valley’s vision.
