Responsibilities:

  • Blaze new trails by identifying and pursuing untapped business opportunities through relentless prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
  • Conduct deep market exploration to target industries and potential clients who can benefit from JamboJon's world-class website development services.
  • Build a thriving pipeline of potential clients, strategically prioritize your efforts, and convert leads into loyal partners.
  • Initiate contact with prospects using every tool in your adventurer’s kit—cold calling, email, networking events, and referrals.
  • Understand the unique needs and pain points of clients, delivering captivating presentations that showcase the transformative power of JamboJon's services.
  • Collaborate with the project management and development teams, ensuring a seamless handoff from sales to implementation, keeping expectations clear for the journey ahead.
  • Working with the company’s co-founder, you’ll trailblazer a path, communicating with clients, shadowed then leading the sales opportunities.
  • Cultivate lasting client relationships, offering exceptional service and guidance as a trusted ally throughout the sales process and beyond.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, technologies, and competitors, positioning JamboJon as the leader in website development.
  • Chart your progress, track sales activities, and forecast future victories using CRM tools or other sales management systems.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in conquering B2B sales, particularly in website development, digital marketing, or IT services.
  • Strong understanding of website development technologies and the ever-evolving digital landscape.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to simplify complex technical ideas for non-technical clients.
  • Expert negotiator with the ability to overcome objections and close deals that make a lasting impact.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and relentless in the pursuit of success.
  • Skilled in building strong, trusting relationships with clients, earning credibility with key decision-makers.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, adept at managing multiple tasks and adventures simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and productivity tools to stay on top of your game.
  • Passion for technology and an eagerness to stay ahead of industry advancements.
