No question is too silly to ask. Wondering what a domain registrar is? Not sure what an API is? No problem! Check out our commonly asked questions. And if you have one we didn't answer, please contact us!
Google wants your website page to load in 1.2 seconds. Our pages load on average between .7 - 1.3 seconds! We keep our websites lightweight by minimizing plugins, optimizing all our images, and letting go of unnecessary bulk on the backend.
Your site will be made with a theme that uses a front-end editor, meaning any trained assistant can easily and quickly update existing pages, add new pages, and add blog posts without frustrating lag times, broken programs, and dysfunctional plugin conflicts.
We work with our whole team, including our designer and programmer, to ensure we meet ADA compliance standards for legibility and ease of use. This includes testing color contrast, button size, and image alt tags. You can also upgrade your compliance and accessibility by adding on an extra tool for a variety of health needs of your users. Ask your project manager for more details!
Many clients use our services month after month, some as retainer clients and others with billable hours. Some of our clients purchase training hours, where our experienced developers offer one-on-one, recorded, personalized training.
Yes! We recommend buying training in bulk, starting at 1.5 hours, with an embedded video on your website of the training (password protected) with step by step instructions, so your team can understand your WordPress website inside and out. We record the training so that no matter who comes into your marketing ecosystem, they have access to website updating basics. We have trained over 400 companies to use their website!
When your website is launched, we want to empower you to have the resources to grow and maintain the programming quality for years to come. That requires all your website implementors to understand onsite SEO, image size optimization, and basic front-end development. We can provide direct service or training so you can do the updates on your own.
Our theme allows us to program the site using a mobile-first mentality. Because more users look at their phone for browsing, you can rest assured your messaging, layout, and functionality will work as seamlessly on mobile as it does on desktop or tablets.
Our team has been trained in onsite SEO by one of 2 Utah Google Certified PPC vendors. We consistently update our strategies using best practices so you can make data-driven decisions. First, we determine your macro and micro goals; then we set up conversion triggers using Google Tag Manager; we then attach all your tracking tools, such as GA4, Search Console, Facebook Pixel, and more, to your Tag Manager. We ensure your data tracking is available to all relevant stakeholders.
Is your website working? Is the conversion rate at or better than expected compared to the national average? How many people are coming? Where are they going? What are they doing? How can we improve? All of these questions can be answered with data.
We use the Beaver Builder theme for your WordPress website. This theme is a front-end builder that enables marketers of all skill levels to update, create, and disseminate information online easily. We tailor the theme to be lightweight for fast loading times and utilize its customized template panel systems to give you the power to grow your site and keep the original design and intent intact. Plus! When you pay your admin fee for the original site build, you get access to our premium theme and plugins for no additional cost, as long as you keep your original JamboJon developed website.
We recommend that you keep your plugins to 17 or fewer. This ensures a fast load time and minimizes plugin conflicts. We include a core set of plugins, many of which are free and others that require a license. Again, as part of your admin fee, you help pay for the plugins once and get access to our license year after year.

Storytelling professionals know that part of the formula for a successful, emotionally compelling story includes crossing into an extraordinary world. Luke Skywalker has to leave the desert ranch of his uncle and enter the stars; Miguel from Coco strums his grandfather’s guitar and enters the land of the dead. Potter braves opening his admission letter to Hogwarts and ends up on a train with Hagrid.
What does this have to do with your website? Blueprinting your website experience will allow us to ensure you are inviting potential customers into your extraordinary world! We will visually map out where their entry points are and what information, compelling stories, and emotional details we can provide to offer them hope to solve their pain. Part of your project scope includes a visual blueprint of the customer journey.
